I’ll second Kosta’s thoughts on DeWalt Safety Glasses. I got the bifocal version a few years ago. They come with a little sleeve for storage and that helps keep them unscratched. The lenses were still good when I finally broke one of the sidepieces and had to switch to my backup pair. I got mine through SafetyGlassesUSA.com, which has just about every type of safety item you can imagine. Excellent product!

  2. I do a lot of turning, One way to keep my faceshield clear of static, dust and fog is to gather a bunch of gently USED dryer sheets, wrap a zip tie around one end and cut into strips, creating a feather duster of sorts. Works great and seems to last forever,
If you find you don’t like your face shield for the above reasons, give it a try.
